THE FIVE LEADERSHIP GIFTS. PART 2

THE FIVE LEADERSHIP GIFTS IN THE CHURCH OF GOD. PART  2
Description of the five Leadership Gifts:
1. APOSTLES:
A. There are three groups. The New testament specifes three grouos of Apostles.
1). " Twelve Apostles of the Lamb" (Matt 10:1-5; Rev 21:14) have a specific relationship to the nation of Isreal (Rev21:21). In the age to come, they will sit on twelve thrones judging Isreal (Matt 19:28).
2) Ascension apostles: These have a specific relationship to the Gentiles church. Those mentioned in the new testaments are Paul and Barnabas (Acts 14:14), And Dronicus and Junia (Romans 16:7), James ( Gal 1:19), Silas and Timothy ( 1 Ths1:1, 2:6) and others ( 1Corintians 9:5; 2 Core 8:23).
3. " False apostles": These are  those who make boastful public claim to being Apostles(2 Corinthians 11:13). "........thou hast tied them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them to be liars"  (Rev 2:2). A sign of a false apostle may be their boastful claim to being an Apostle. A trues Apostle will not be concerned with being recognised as an apostle, but will humbly serve as a bond slave (Greek=Douglas) of Jesus (Rom 1:1; 1 Corinth 1:1; et all).
